WHAT THIS RELEASE CONTAINS
platform-profiles.json: 16 deliberately selected platform profiles. Each records the documented model, scope, boundary, availability and supporting source IDs.
routing-cases.json: six selected explanatory cases. These are not six failures in a uniform 16-product test. Do not calculate a prevalence percentage from this selection.
price-examples.json: four USD commercial examples. Base display and network component are separate fields. The base unit preserves annual billing where applicable. A null network component means that no separate amount is established in this release, not a free IP.
source-register.json: 127 retrieval records from the follow-up. Of these, 115 distinct original URLs were captured, 10 attempts were blocked and two were unavailable. The same original URL can have different retrieval records.
discovery-frame.json: the original 60-product discovery list. Only entries marked detailed_profile belong to the published 16-platform panel. Other entries carry no feature finding in this release.
summary.json: reproducible descriptive counts and scope.
recalculate.py: standard-library Python script for checking IDs, source ownership, captured evidence references, units, counts and file hashes.
SHA256SUMS.txt: release file-integrity manifest.

HOW TO CHECK
Keep these files together. With Python 3.9 or newer, run:
python recalculate.py

UNITS AND DEFINITIONS
The platform profile is the descriptive unit. One platform can have several distinct network offers.
Shared static range: addresses are described as stable but can be used by multiple customers.
Exclusive assignment: the source explicitly reserves an address or set to a customer resource such as a workspace or profile.
Published outbound list: documented egress addresses; publication alone does not establish permanence or exclusivity.
BYO proxy: a client or component accepts an external proxy. It does not imply that the platform supplies an IP or that unrelated components inherit that configuration.
Routing boundary: an explicit operation exclusion, separate route or required opt-in. It is not an observed leak or reliability failure.
Unknown: a value was not established, conflicted between public pages or required further information. Unknown is not unsupported.
Availability describes a specific feature. Beta and private preview must remain visible when reusing rows.
Prices preserve currency, amount, unit and captured conditions. This release does not compute all-in workload bills, a cheapest-platform ranking or purchasing eligibility in the United States.

PROVENANCE AND REPRODUCIBILITY
Source records preserve the official URL, capture timestamp, access state and a SHA-256 hash of the locally retained excerpt. The source hash refers to that research capture, not to a file distributed in this folder or a guarantee of the website's present content.
Full third-party pages and retained verbatim excerpts are not republished here. Their rights and terms remain with the original publishers. Public links may change after collection. Capture timestamps do not change the original publication date of a page.
The script reproduces release counts and validates internal consistency. It cannot reconstruct an old website version or prove actual network behavior. No customer workload, signup, paid subscription or packet test was performed for this study.
The panel was selected to resolve documentation questions in the initial 60-product review. It is not a probability sample, a popularity ranking or a representative market estimate. The six illustrative routing cases and four commercial examples were selected for explanation, not prevalence estimation.
