We do not recommend using Speedtest. Instead, use Fast by Netflix, which provides more reliable speed measurements. Additionally, keep in mind that testing speed on residential proxies can consume a lot of traffic, so it's better to avoid such tests on these proxies.

To renew your proxy, log into the client panel on our website. In the "Active Products/Services" section, find the proxies you need, click "manage", then "renew service" and follow the instructions to complete the payment. Please note that renewal invoices are created 2 weeks before the proxy due date and there will be an automatically generated renewal invoice in the "Invoices" section.

To change the payment cycle, go to the client panel on our website. In the "Active products/services" section, find the required proxies, click "manage", then "Change billing cycle" and follow the steps suggested by the system to complete the payment.
