FAQ

HTTP proxies are ideal for web browsing and accessing sites requiring HTTP or HTTPS. SOCKS5 proxies offer a versatile solution for all types of traffic, including video, games, and torrents. All our proxies support selecting any convenient protocol for flexible connection settings.

IPv4 and IPv6 differ in address length and availability. IPv4 uses 32-bit addresses, supporting about 4.3 billion addresses, while IPv6 uses 128-bit addresses, providing nearly limitless addresses. IPv6 enhances routing and security but isn’t compatible with all sites, causing access issues. We offer only IPv4, as they are more common and compatible with most networks and sites, ensuring seamless operation for our clients.

Currently, we do not have an API. We continuously strive to improve our services and consider adding an API in the future to provide more flexible and convenient integration tools for our users.

Yes, we have blocked ports. We restrict ports associated with brute-force attacks and other malicious activities. This is necessary to ensure the security of our services and protect against abuse. If you have questions about specific ports, please contact our support team.

We don’t offer the option to select a subnet. Proxies are issued automatically by the system, allowing immediate access without delays. This simplifies the process and ensures quick, hassle-free proxy allocation, prioritizing your convenience and efficiency.

To set up proxies, use your device's network settings, anti-detect browsers, or browser extensions. Enter the proxy address and port in the format ip:port, then provide the login and password, as our proxies require authentication. Anti-detect browsers like Ads, Dolphin, Multilogin, or Ghost Browser help bypass blocks and maintain anonymity. Extensions simplify the proxy setup process.

To check your proxies, you can use two useful tools. First — IP Checker: This tool lets you verify your current IP address and check if you are using a proxy. It's handy for confirming your connection's anonymity. Second — Proxy Checker: This tool is designed for testing a large number of proxies simultaneously. It helps determine the speed, functionality, and other parameters of the proxies. Use the IP Checker for anonymity verification and the Proxy Checker for analyzing and testing multiple proxies at once.

Our proxies are provided in the format ip:port:login:password, ensuring convenient and fast connections. For converting and easily formatting proxy lists, use our tool — Proxy Formatter

We do not recommend using the same proxy server on multiple devices simultaneously. Doing so can lead to reduced performance and an increased risk of being blocked. To ensure optimal performance and security, it is better to use a separate proxy server for each device.

If the geolocation of your proxy is incorrect, first verify it using an IP checker. If the issue is confirmed, contact our support team. Ensuring quality is very important to us!

If your proxies are not working, first ensure that you have correctly entered the address, port, login, and password. Check your internet connection and the availability of the proxy server. Use a Proxy Checker to verify the functionality of the proxies. If the issue persists, contact our support team. We are available 24/7 and will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

All our proxy servers use the TCP network protocol. TCP ensures reliable, stable, and secure connections, crucial for data protection and maintaining high performance standards. We prioritize the quality and security of your internet connection.

We advise not to use Speedtest. Netflix's Fast is more reliable for measuring speed. Speed tests on residential proxies can use up a significant amount of traffic, so avoid such tests on these proxies

Yes, proxy replacement is possible in case of technical issues. If you encounter difficulties using proxies, our support team will promptly resolve the problem or replace the proxy server. We strive to ensure uninterrupted service and customer satisfaction.
