Who we are

Built from a need for better proxies

ProxyWing started in 2023 with one person looking for reliable proxies for automation and web scraping.

Our founder could not find a service that met his needs. So he decided to build his own. The project began with datacenter proxies in a few locations and grew to include residential, ISP and mobile proxies.

Today, ProxyWing brings together 14 people across 4 countries. The idea behind it remains personal: build a service we would want to use ourselves, and listen to the people who rely on it.

What matters most is what our customers say about us. Our goal is to make them happy with the service, not just to tell them how good we are.

Our mission

ProxyWing exists to make the proxy the one part of your stack you never have to debug. Every decision we make, from how we route traffic to how we bill, comes back to that.

Our vision

By 2030, ProxyWing will run on a network we own end to end: our own IP space on every continent, our own routing, our own hardware. That's how we put our name on every connection, not just on the invoice.

They shape how we build the network, set prices and talk to customers.

  • We'd rather lose a sale than a customer

    Auto-renewal from your balance stays off until you turn it on, even though switching it on for everyone would make us more money. Our prices are upfront, with no hidden charges. You see the full cost, including any payment fees, before you pay.

  • Own the routes

    We run our own network and our own IP space. That lets us move ranges between data centers, withdraw one during an incident and answer for its reputation ourselves.

  • Get the packets right

    A clean IP won't save a connection that looks wrong at the packet level. We support UDP as well as TCP, and our TCP/IP fingerprints match a real device's OS instead of a Linux server's.

  • Don't make customers ask

    If customers do something more than once, it belongs in the dashboard, not in a support ticket. IP whitelists, IP skip lists, blocked domains, rotation links and usage reports by date range are all self-serve.

  • Speak the customer's language

    Good support starts with understanding your question. Write to us in any language. We'll respond in English or another language our team speaks confidently, with clear explanations and practical help.

  • Keep the network clean

    One abusive user can burn an IP for everyone who gets it next. Our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits spam and other abusive activity. Send abuse reports to abuse@proxywing.com so we can investigate and take action.

Trust & compliance

Responsible sourcing. Clear rules.

Trust starts with where residential IPs come from and how they are used. Ethical sourcing, respect for access boundaries and a direct reporting channel guide our approach.

  • Ethical IP sourcing

    Our standard for residential proxies is informed device-owner consent and the ability to opt out of bandwidth sharing.

  • No fraud or spam

    Fraud, spam and other abusive uses are prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy.

  • Respect access boundaries

    Automated collection of data behind authentication is prohibited.
