ISP proxies
Questions about ISP proxy features and comparisons
ISP Proxies are static proxies hosted on server infrastructure that use IP addresses from internet service provider networks. They combine the stability and performance of server-hosted proxies with IP addresses classified as belonging to ISP networks.
ISP Proxies are available in 10 countries: United States (US), Germany (DE), France (FR), Netherlands (NL), Canada (CA), United Kingdom (UK), Australia (AU), Hong Kong (HK), Italy (IT), and Sweden (SE).
Open the product card and click “Request Cancellation.” Renewal invoices will no longer be generated automatically, and the proxies will be removed at the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not disable automatic payment of an invoice that has already been created. If you manually create a renewal invoice after requesting cancellation while “Automatic Renewal from Website Balance” is enabled, the invoice will be paid automatically if your balance is sufficient.
We recommend ProxyWing Speedtest, which is designed to test connections through proxies.
Log in to the dashboard, open “Active Products/Services,” and select the relevant product card. Under “Payment Management,” select “Renew Service for N Months,” where N is the required period, and follow the payment instructions. A renewal invoice is generated 14 days before expiration and appears under “My Invoices.”
We do not limit speed or traffic usage. You pay for the proxy for a selected period and may use it in accordance with the Fair Use Policy.
Datacenter Proxies are generally chosen when speed, stability, and price are the main priorities. ISP Proxies use IP addresses from internet service provider networks, making them suitable for tasks where IP classification and a higher level of trust from the destination service are important.
Log in to the dashboard and open “Active Products/Services.” Select the relevant proxies, click “Manage,” and then select “Change Billing Cycle.” Follow the on-screen instructions.
