Unfortunately, we do not offer proxy testing. We understand this may be inconvenient, but we compensate with the quality of our services and support. You can review our pricing plans and choose the one that best suits your needs.
Are there any refunds?
No, refunds are not provided as proxy servers are a digital product. However, we guarantee support and resolution of any technical issues. If you encounter any difficulties, we will promptly fix them or replace the proxies. Our priority is your satisfaction and uninterrupted service.
Do you have automatic proxy renewal?
Yes, automatic renewal is available for proxies paid with a card (currently not working for Freekassa). This helps you maintain access to your proxy servers, ensuring continuous service. We prioritize your convenience and aim to make the process as smooth and reliable as possible.
Where can I view all paid invoices?
To view all your paid invoices, log into your client area on our website. In the "Unpaid Invoices" or "My Invoices" section, you'll find a complete list of all your paid invoices, allowing you to easily manage your financial history. This helps you keep track of your expenses and ensure timely payment of services.
How can I buy 35 proxies? Or another quantity?
To purchase 35 proxies or any other amount, you can combine the available packages on our website. For example, select a package of 25 proxies and add a package of 10 proxies to get a total of 35 proxies. You can also combine other packages, such as 50 and 5 proxies, to get 55 proxies. Our website offers various packages that can be combined to get the desired number of proxies. If you have any questions or need assistance, our support team is always ready to help.
How to cancel automatic proxy renewal?
To cancel the automatic renewal of proxy servers, go to the product card on our website and click the "request cancellation" button. This action will stop automatic renewal and you will no longer receive proxy renewal bills. If you have questions or need additional assistance, our support team is always ready to help.
How to renew the proxy?
To renew your proxies, log into the client panel on our website. Go to the "Active Products/Services" section, find the list of active proxies, select the ones you need, and click "Manage." Then choose "Renew Service" and follow the steps to complete the payment. Note that renewal invoices are generated 14 days before the expiration date, and you may find an automatically created invoice in the "My Invoices" section.
