Event hospitality agency, 12 people · Monaco

Client since May 2026

Task

The agency sells hospitality packages for the Monaco Grand Prix, the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters and the Monaco Yacht Show and prices them against the market: 4 times a day it records prices and availability for 96 ticket and hotel offers on viagogo, StubHub and booking sites. Its monitoring went out through servers in France, and the platforms answered with the storefront for buyers in France, which does not always match what a client in Monte-Carlo sees. Before a quote went to a local client, a manager opened the same offers again from a home connection, about 70 quotes a week.

Solution

ProxyWing residential proxies put the monitoring on Monaco Telecom home connections, so each platform identifies the visitor as a buyer in the Principality and returns the prices and availability shown there. An offer is opened in a sticky session that holds one IP from the event page to the final price with fees, then the IP changes for the next offer. At 384 checks a day the load on the small local pool stays low, and account managers quote from figures recorded the same morning.

Parcel forwarding company, 24 people · Birkirkara (Malta)

Client since August 2026

Task

The company forwards parcels to Malta and Gozo from shops that do not deliver there, and its shop directory tells customers what each of 430 EU and UK online stores offers a buyer in Malta: direct delivery, a surcharge or no delivery at all. Stores decide this by the visitor's IP, and the checker ran from servers in Germany, so every row held German delivery terms and prices. Staff re-opened about 60 stores a week by hand from home connections in Sliema and Birkirkara, and customers still complained that the directory promised a delivery the store refused at checkout.

Solution

ProxyWing residential proxies take the checker through home connections in Malta, so each store shows the country notice, the delivery options and the shipping fee it shows to a Maltese shopper. A sticky session keeps one IP from the product page to the delivery step of the checkout, where the surcharge for Malta appears, and the next store is opened from a new address. All 430 stores are now re-checked twice a week, and the directory marks 96 of them as not delivering to Malta.

Fund data provider, 28 people · Luxembourg

Client since May 2026

Task

Private banks and distributors bought the provider's feed on 3,100 share classes of UCITS funds authorised by the CSSF, many of them listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange: KIDs, prospectuses and daily prices taken from the websites of 58 asset managers. These sites ask for the visitor's country and investor type and compare the answer with the IP, so from a hosting range in Frankfurt the crawler received the German document set, an access notice or nothing. Analysts downloaded about 240 documents a week by hand from the office connection in Kirchberg, and part of the prices arrived a day late.

Solution

On ProxyWing residential proxies the crawler works from subscriber lines of Luxembourg internet providers, and asset managers' sites open the Luxembourg investor view with its own document set. Within one site a sticky session keeps the IP fixed from the country and investor-type selection to the last download, and the next site starts on a new IP. The daily run of about 7,400 requests now finishes before the 9:00 delivery, with documents in English, French and German stored separately for retail and professional investors.

Hotel revenue management firm, 22 people · Florence (Italy)

Client since June 2026

Task

The firm's analysts manage rates for 67 independent hotels in Florence, Siena, Lucca and the Chianti hills and log in to each hotel's extranets on Booking.com and Expedia every day. They worked through a shared office VPN whose exit address kept changing, so the extranets treated a login as a new device, and Booking.com sent a verification PIN to the hotel owner's phone. Owners got about 30 such requests a week, some came at night and went unanswered, and rate changes ahead of Pitti Uomo or Lucca Comics & Games went live hours late.

Solution

ProxyWing ISP proxies gave each client hotel its own static Italian IP, registered to an internet provider and used by no one else: 67 addresses billed per IP, with unlimited traffic. An analyst opens a hotel's extranets only through that hotel's address, which is the same at every login, so the session stays recognised from one day to the next. The same IP serves for rate parity checks, where the analyst sees the hotel's public prices the way a guest in Italy does.

Private bank, 130 people · Vaduz (Liechtenstein)

Client since February 2026

Task

A visitor from Liechtenstein has to see the Liechtenstein version of the bank's 3 websites and 2 partner portals: the disclaimer of a bank supervised by the FMA under EEA rules, the right product pages and legal texts, and not the Swiss or Austrian ones. The digital team had no test points inside the country apart from the office network, which the sites treat as internal. Checks meant asking colleagues in Vaduz, Schaan and Balzers to open pages at home and send screenshots, so a full pass over 260 pages took two weeks and was done twice a year.

Solution

The bank's test scripts now run through ProxyWing residential proxies with exit points on subscriber lines in Liechtenstein, so every page opens the way a local visitor sees it. One IP is held by a sticky session for the whole path of a script, from the landing page through the jurisdiction selector to a product page and its legal documents, with a screenshot saved at each step. The full pass over 260 pages now runs every week, and search results for the bank's name on google.li are checked in the same run.
