How to set up a proxy on iOS devices
Using proxies offers advantages like enhanced privacy, improved security, and access to restricted content. In previous articles, we explored how to set up proxies in desktop browsers such as Chrome, Yandex, Opera, Edge, as well as how to set up a proxy in Firefox. In this article, we will explain how to set up proxies on iOS devices. Proxy configuration does not require the installation of any third-party apps.
Go to settings
To set up a proxy, a Wi-Fi connection is required. Tap on «Wi-Fi».

Select your Wi-Fi network and go to the settings of the connected network.

Scroll down, and in the HTTP Proxy section, set the «Proxy Setup» to «Manual».

Enter the details of your proxy into the appropriate fields. The IP address should go into the «Server» field, and the port into the «Port» field. If your proxies require authentication, activate the toggle and enter your username and password in the «Username» and «Password» fields.
