PROXY FUNDAMENTALS

Billing management and service cancellation

Mobile proxies are purchased for a fixed period.

Before the end of the paid period, the system automatically creates a renewal invoice approximately 12 hours before the service expires.

This rule applies regardless of whether the product was purchased for a short or longer period.

Auto-Renew from Credit Balance

The product card includes the Auto-Renew from Credit Balance feature.

When enabled, the system automatically deducts funds from the ProxyWing internal balance when a renewal invoice is created.

Important:
For mobile proxies, automatic renewal payment is supported only from the internal site balance.
Automatic renewal from a bank card, UPI, PayPal, or FreeKassa is not used for mobile proxies.

Cancellation request

The product card includes the Request Cancellation button.

A cancellation request is used to stop the system from automatically creating invoices for subsequent periods.

After the request is submitted:

  • The current mobile proxy continues to work until the end of the already paid period.
  • A new renewal invoice is not created automatically.
  • After the paid period ends, the service stops working unless it is renewed manually.
