What payment methods do you accept?

To view all your paid invoices, log into your client area on our website. Open a support ticket and we’ll quote a bulk tier. If your dashboard already holds several packages, you’ll sometimes need to zero in on one specific set.

The quickest way is to search by the proxy’s User ID or Username—the next section shows exactly where those markers live in your account.

Do you have an option to replace the proxy?

Absolutely. If a proxy starts misbehaving, just ping Support—we’ll either fix the endpoint or hand you a fresh address with the same specs. The goal is zero downtime, so replacements are processed as soon as the issue is confirmed.

I have a lot of orders, how do I find the right proxies?

When your dashboard is packed with services, the quickest filter is the search bar: drop in the AUTHTOKEN or the proxy’s login, and the panel will surface the exact package. From there you can copy, renew, or tweak those proxies without scrolling through the full list.
